Genie Lamp Studios is now operating out of a state of the art facility offering complete video production services from start to finish with Pre-Production, Production to Post Production. We are your one-stop-shop for video production.

Greg Sommer personally has over 20 years of experience working with clients ranging from businesses and influencers, government projects to helping entrepreneurs, artists and creators produce the best content possible. Genie lamp Studios offers multi-purpose soundproofed studio rental space, studio gear rentals, video production and video editing & training services.

Genie Lamp Studios is a magical place. The original building was an antique clock workshop owned by a Clockmaker, and, with architectural plans, Markham city approval, and permits, Genie Lamp Studios successfully opened in a new majestic building on March 8, 2020.

Greg Sommer the creator has been running Genie Lamp Studios since 2000 producing onsite shooting and production in a huge range of locations creating video productions for businesses, top influencers, networks, artists and creators. Bottom line we know the ins and outs of what you need to succeed.

Professionally, Greg has shot hundreds of video productions, including: Television shows, corporate videos, promotional videos, lectures, interviews, testimonials, corporate events, training videos, green screen and documentaries throughout his career.
